Auditing Services:

TMS Consultancy provides a range of auditing services including Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety, Food Safety and Disabled Access Auditing. All of our auditors are highly skilled and have extensive experience in the relevant disciplines.

TMS can provide the internal auditing function (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) for our clients on a contract basis. This is usually carried out for a number of our clients who do not have the internal resources or expertise to carry out their own audits or who have yet to train their own internal auditors.

We also carry out pre-assessment audits on behalf of client organisations in advance of the real thing by the certification bodies. This provides a “sanity check” for the client and helps to identify any issues that need to be addressed prior to the certification audit. All of our clients have indicated that this is a very useful exercise and contributed to a successful certification audit.

TMS also provide a Gap Analysis of management systems to determine what our clients need to do to meet the requirements of specific standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc. and identify the main areas where there are gaps in the existing management system. These are normally done when the client is developing a plan for implementation and certification of their management system.

Risk Assessments:

TMS Consultancy also provides services such as Health & Safety risk assessments, ATEX risk assessments, Chemical risk assessments, Environmental liabilities assessments as well as HACCP studies.

These risk assessments meet with the requirements of the relevant standards and legislation as well as external agencies such as the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
